Meet Fathom35
Holly Robinson is a seasoned food and beverage marketing consultant with vast experience turning great ideas (and even better products) into standout brands. Her roots run deep in sustainable agriculture, entrepreneurship, and a lifelong love of good food and drinks.
In 2011, Holly co-founded Captive Spirits Distilling, makers of Big Gin, where she led national sales and marketing before brokering the company’s acquisition by Hood River Distillers in 2016. She stayed on to run national brand marketing and partnerships, sharpening her edge in scaling independent brands.
In 2017, she launched Fathom35, a marketing consultancy built to help hospitality and beverage businesses grow with intention. Since then, she’s helped friends and founders launch campaigns, land press, and carve out their niche in a noisy market. Along the way, she co-founded Fast Penny Spirits (makers of Amaricano), serving as CRO and COO until 2022.
True to form, Holly opened Sunny Hill in 2020, a neighborhood pizza joint in North Seattle, with longtime friend and chef Jason Stoneburner. She’s still unapologetically pizza-obsessed and proudly counts many pizza-loving clients among her roster.
These days, Holly consults full-time, supporting a range of food, beverage, and hospitality clients, from emerging upstarts to heritage brands, with creative direction, brand strategy, and long-term marketing roadmaps.
When she’s not working, Holly’s deep in her garden, throwing pottery at her community studio, or on a walk in South Seattle with her teenage daughter. She’s a connector, a creator, and someone who’s always thinking about ways to grow an idea.
